I tried to find the only Trini food truck on the island but was thwarted by staffing issues. I may try to order in from their other location.

A printed notice is taped to a bright red, weathered surface with remnants of old tape and peeling white stickers. The notice has a white background with a red header and black and red text. The header reads “Call 261-2868.” The main body of the notice says, “PLEASE NOTE THAT TRINI SPICE EXPRESS WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES.” The word “CLOSED” is in bold red letters, with the rest of the text in black. Below, it states, “ROTI & DOUBLES AVAILABLE FROM OUR SOMERSET LOCATION 261-2868.” At the bottom, it says in italics, “Also on Sargasso” and “Check us on FaceBook or Instagram for updates.” The edges of the sign are clear-taped to the red surface, and the lower right corner of the paper is slightly curled.
