Had a great evening last night with the charming Helen at Clay, the restaurant in The Gardiner Ceramics Museum

A close-up of a dining table with two elegant, textured glass plates holding fresh green salads made of snap peas, asparagus, and other green vegetables, garnished with seasoning. A fork rests on the plate in the foreground. Each place setting includes a knife and a fork, and two glasses of chilled white wine sit nearby, one in front of each diner. There is also a clear glass of water and a small card on the table. A person with folded arms is seated across the table, wearing a light grey long-sleeve top. The surface of the table is white and clean, and the scene is well-lit with natural light. Two partially eaten dishes of food are on a white table in a modern dining setting. The foreground plate has a piece of grilled fish with crispy skin, a chunk of white root vegetable, and a few vegetables in a light brown broth. A fork and knife rest on the edge of the plate. The background plate has green gnocchi or vegetables coated in a green sauce, with a hand holding a fork spearing a piece. A glass of red wine, a glass of white wine with condensation, and a small water glass are also on the table. The background shows a bright, contemporary dining area with glass walls and metal chairs.
