After bailing out of the churchy place last night, I sat at the bar at Elizabeth and had a kicky cocktail and a beautiful short rib Yorkshire pudding.

Street view of a brick building with a large rectangular window displaying the word "ELIZABETH." The window is framed by black trim and features decorative swirls on either side of the text. Inside, a lamp and plants are visible. There is a planter with red flowers and purple leaves on the sidewalk in the foreground.A glass filled with an amber-colored cocktail garnished with a lemon twist sits on a marble bar counter. The glass has text referencing "The Saturday Evening Post" and "Norman Rockwell." Behind it, there is a blue bottle labeled "Citadelle Gin de France." In the background, a person in a white shirt and apron is working at a bar with various bottles and utensils visible.A decorative plate with a red and white floral pattern contains a serving of shredded meat on top of Yorkshire pudding, accompanied by a creamy sauce. A fork and knife are placed on the plate. In the background, there are glassware items including a clear glass and a blue glass, suggesting a meal setting on a marble table.
